1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing flowmediauk.com, requesting a trial, or purchasing a subscription from Flow Media UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Provision & Device Connections

• Each subscription plan specifies the maximum allowable simultaneous active device connections (1, 2, or 3 connections).
• Sharing credentials beyond your purchased connection limit or re-streaming feeds is strictly prohibited and will trigger automated server security suspension.
• All accounts are provisioned and delivered within 5 minutes of verified payment receipt.

3. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions are non-recurring and do NOT automatically charge your bank account. To renew, simply submit an order on our portal or message your account username to our WhatsApp desk before expiration. All pricing is stated in British Pounds (GBP) with zero hidden fees.

4. Internet Requirements & Performance

A stable broadband connection of at least 15 Mbps for Full HD and 30 Mbps for 4K UHD is recommended. Ethernet cable connection or 5GHz Wi-Fi is strongly suggested for optimal performance.
